Social media affects us all. Sometimes in good ways, but in many bad ways too. Often we find ourselves trapped in this “alternate reality” and it really has a power over how we think, how we act, how we feel, our habits and even our habitat. 

Maybe that’s all fine and dandy to you? 

Regardless of your stance on social media; studies have shown that taking a break for awhile can be good for your health and your mood. That’s the science! 

So, I sang this song with a slight twist hoping that you will be encouraged take some time off and re-evaluate your relationship with all your apps and your phone. You may just find that you’re happier being in the moment, not just being addicted the the next one.

This probably won’t #goviral but I won’t know. I’m taking 2 Weeks off.
